Recipe - Honey Raspberry Vinegarette

One fourth cup Raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoon Honey
One fourth small Onion; minced
1 One half teaspoon Dijon mustard
2/3 cup Olive oil
salt/pepper to taste

Whisk everything together and chill at least 1 hour prior to serving. NOTE
* Remember you can substitute raspberry vinegar for another type in ANY
