Ingredients:
Honey Raisin Walnut Scones recipe makes 6 Servings
1 One half Lb. margarine
2 One half Lb. whole wheat flour
3 ounce Baking powder
Three fourths ounce Baking soda
12 ounce Egg
6 ounce Honey
14 ounce Golden raisins
10 ounce Walnuts
1 Three fourths Lb. yogurt
22 Three fourths ounce Orange
Cut margarine into whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add
remaining ingredients and lightly combine to incorporate on 1st speed of
3speed mixer. Place dough on floured surface and roll even 2" thick. Cut
with biscuit cutter. Place scones on a paperlined or oiled sheetpan. Bake
at 350 degrees F 1215 minutes.
