Recipe - Honey Pineapple Bread

2 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Honey
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 cup Allpurpose flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 cup Whole bran
1 cup Pineapple juice
One half cup Finely chopped pineapple
Three fourths cup Chopped Macadamia nuts
Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl blend together the oil,
honey and egg. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, whole bran,
pineapple juice and pineapple. Mix until just blended. Fold in the
Macadamia nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350F oven
for 1 hour.
