Recipe - Honey Peanutbutter Balls

Categories: None, Honey Peanutbutter Balls
Ingredients:

One half cup Honey
1 cup Peanut butter
2 cup Nonfat dry milk;
(unreconstituteddry)

Mix well with a spoon the honey and peanutbutter together in a large bowl.
Add the dry milk and stir until wellmixed. (This requires some arm
muscles!) Roll small walnutsized balls with your palms and place on a
plate. Cover with plastic wrap or place in a sealable plastic container.
They can stay at room temp. as long as they are covered. They last about 3
days around our house, but can last as long as 3 weeks. These little balls
are full of protein (and, yes, fatbut that shouldn't be a concern for
kids under 5 or so!).
