Recipe - Honey Oat Biscotti

One half cup Butter
Three fourths cup Honey
2 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Flour
3 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
2 cup Oats, rolled
One half cup Nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 F. (will be turned down to 300 F. for second baking.)
Cream butter. Beat in honey, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon,
baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. St into butter mixture. Stir
in oats and nuts. On greased baking sheet, shape dough into 2 (10x3x1inch)
logs. Bake at 37 F. for 1215 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool 5
minurtes; remove to cutting board. Cut each log into 1/2inch strips;
place on cookie sheet. B at 300 F., 2530 minutes or until crisp throughout
strip.
