Recipe - Honey Nut White Fudge

2 One fourth teaspoon Yeast
2 2/3 cup Bread flour
1/3 cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoon Wheat germ; toasted
1 One half teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoon Powdered milk
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 cup Water; plus 1 tb
One fourth cup Honey
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half cup Walnuts; chopped, toasted
Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if
possible, adding nuts at the beep. Not recommended for use with timer.
Yield: 1 loaf
