Honey Merry Christmas Cookies recipe makes 1 Servings

1/3 cup Shortening
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Lemon extract
1 teaspoon Soda
1/3 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Honey
2 Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
Mix ingredients. Chill dough 23 hours. Roll out dough and cut. Sprinkle
with colored sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 810 minutes.
