1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Carrots; cut into batons
1 Red onion; cut or sliced up
1 Garlic clove; crushed
75 g Runner beans; thinly cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add the carrots, onions and garlic and
stirfry for 34 minutes.
2 Add the beans, honey and soy sauce and continue to cook for a further 23
minutes. Great served with rice!
