Recipe - Honey Glazed Chicken

One half cup Honey
2 tablespoon Reduced sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoon Mustard
One half teaspoon Grated lemon peel
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Salt
3 pound Cutup broiler fryer
chicken, skin removed
Heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Cover and
grill chicken, bone sides down, 56 from medium heat 1530 minutes. Turn
chicken.
Cover and grill 2040 minutes longer, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times
with honey mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers
of thickest pieces are cut. Discard any remaining honey mixture. 6
servings.
