Ingredients:

1 pound Baby carrots
3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Brandy
1 One half tablespoon Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper; to taste

Cook carrots in salted water until tender. Drain. In a skillet place
carrots and remaining ingredients and cook and stir until carrots are
glazed and glossy.
