Recipe - Honey Gingerbread

1 Egg beaten
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Honey
2 One half cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Ginger ground
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, beat sour cream and honey.
Blend
into beaten eggs. Sift together dry ingredients. Mix the wet and dry
mixtures
together and beat well. Blend in oil. Bake 3040 minutes or until done in
center. Cool on rack 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve warm with ice cream
or
whipped cream.
