Recipe - Honey Country Ice Cream

1/3 cup Honey
2 cup Light cream
1 Egg
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Heavy cream.

Honey Country Ice Cream

Combine honey with 1 cup light cream. Beat in the rest of the light cream,
the egg and the vanilla. Stir in the heavy cream. Chill and freez in an
icecream maker Variations: Add 1 ripe mashed banana and One half teaspoon of
lemon juice or One half cup chopped dates and One half cup chopped walnuts.

Makes 1 quart
