Recipe - Honey Coconut Snack

Margarine or butter,
softened
1/3 cup Honey
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
3 cup Toasted whole grain wheat
flake cereal
1 cup Flaked or shredded coconut
1 cup Slivered almonds
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bush jelly roll pan with margarine. Heat honey
and brown sugar to boiling in 3quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring
constaintly; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until
completely coated; spread in pan. Bake uncovered, stirring frequently, 10
minutes. Cool 5 minutes and loosen mixture with metal spatula. Let
standiuntil firm about 1 hour. Store in airtight container. Makes 6 cups.
