Recipe - Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Shortening
One half cup Honey
1 Egg
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth cup Chopped Nuts
One half cup SemiSweet Chocolate Chips

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream shortening and honey;
beat in egg; add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients. Fold in nuts and
chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at
375øF for 10 to 12 minutes. About 3 dozen cookies.
