Recipe - Honey Beef With Salsa

2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
500 g Lean beef strips
185 g Snow peas; trimmed
2 Zucchini; chopped
3 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
PINEAPPLE SALSA
One half Fresh pineapple; peel, core
& chop
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Snipped fresh chives
2 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Fresh red chilli; chopped
1. Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and
stirfry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove seed mixture from
wok and set aside.
2. Add beef to wok. Stirfry for 2 minutes or until brown. Add snow peas,
zucchini, honey and soy and oyster sauces. Return sesame seed mixture to
wok and stirfry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
3. To make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, time juice and chilli in
a bowl. Toss to combine. Serve with beef
