Recipe - Honey Apple Salad

3 One half cup Diced red apples
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 cup Green grapes
1 cup Thinly cut or sliced up celery
One half cup Chopped dates
One half cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Sour cream
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Chopped walnuts
In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add grapes, celery and
dates. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, sour cream and salt. Mix
well. Pour over apple mixture and tossto coat. Stir in walnuts. Serve
