Recipe - Honey-Wheat Muffins

1 Egg
2 cup Bisquick original baking mix
One fourth cup Wheat germ
2/3 cup Milk
One fourth cup Honey
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
One fourth cup Raisins
HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium moffin cups,
21/2x1One fourth inches, or line with paper baking cups.
BEAT egg slightly in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except
raisins just until moistened. Fold in raisins. Divide batter evenly among
muffin cups.
BAKE about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before removing
from pan. Serve warm. 1 dozen muffins.
