Recipe - Honey-Pear-Butter Crepes

Sweet Buckwheat Crepes (see
Recipe)
HoneyPear Butter
1 cup Very ripe pear, peeled,
Cored and cubed
1 cup Butter softened
One fourth cup Honey

Spread about 1One half tablespoons HoneyPear Butter evenly over surface of hot
crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately.

Makes 8 filled crepes.

HoneyPear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or blender and blend
until pureed. Add butter and honey and process until completely smooth.

Makes about 2One fourth cups.
