Recipe - Honey-Lime Wings

1 kg Chicken wings
One fourth cup Liquid honey
2 tablespoon Lime juice
Finely grated peel of 1 lime
1 Clove of garlic
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Tip and half wings. Preheat broiler. Set a rack on a foillined baking
sheet or broiler pan. Place wings on rack, spacing One half in apart. Broil 3
inches from element for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and skin is
crisp. Turn and continue to broil 8 to 10 more minutes, or until golden
brown and chicken is cooked. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients together
in a large bowl. When wings are cooked toss in honey mixture. Serve,
