Recipe - Honey-Lime Salad Dressing

1 Egg; beaten
One fourth cup Lime juice
1 teaspoon Grated lime rind
One half cup Honey
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground mace
1 cup Commercial sour cream

Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in saucepan; cook over
low heat until thickened, stirring con stantly. Add salt and mace; cool.
Fold in sour cream; chill. Yield: 1One half cups.
