Recipe - Honey-Lavender Biscotti

2 One fourth cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 tablespoon Strong honey
2 tablespoon Minced zest from 1 orange
1 tablespoon Dried lavender blossoms;
optional
1. Sift first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Whisk sugar and eggs in a large bowl to a lightly lemon color; sitr in
next 3 (or 4) ingredients. Sift dry ingredients over egg mixture, then fold
in until dough is just combined.
3. Follow steps 3 and 4 in LemonAnise Biscotti recipe.
