Recipe - Honey-Ginger Glazed Carrots

1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Finely minced ginger
2 cl Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 pound Carrots
Quarter carrots lengthwise and cut into 3 to 4inch lengths. Prepare a
mediumhot fire in the grill with a lightlyoiled vegetable rack in place.
Combine the sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic and soy sauce and mix well.
Pour over the carrots and toss to coat.
Grill the carrots, tossing frequently, until tender and grillmarked,
about 10 minutes.
Place on a serving platter, drizzle any remaining glaze over the carrots,
and serve hot.
