Ingredients:
Honey-Garlic Marinade recipe makes 4 Servings
One half cup Lemon juice
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
2 Crushed garlic cloves
Combine in a ziptop bag, and use to marinate pork, chicken or beef. Makes
about 1 cup.
