Recipe - Honey-Dijon Chicken Bites

One half cup Honey
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Coarse mustard
2 teaspoon Lowsodium soy sauce
1 pound Boneless; skinless chicken
breasts; cut into one inch
pieces
2 tablespoon Snipped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine honey, juice, mustards and soy sauce.
Stir in chicken. Let stand 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, line a jellyroll pan with foil. Remove chicken from marinade
and place in pan. Bake until chicken is browned and cooked through, 20 to
25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Per serving (4 servings): 331 calories, 4.8 g fat (13% of total calories.)
96 mg cholesterol, 424 mg sodium, 0.2 g dietary fiber.
