2/3 cup Honey
1/3 cup Applesauce
2 Egg equivalents; beaten
One half cup Milk
2 cup Flour
1 cup Quickcooking rolled oats
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Fresh cranberies

I am a firstyear medical student at Michigan State Univeristy who has been
enjoying this list for some time and who has only recently found enough
time to contribute something back to the fray! I found this recipe at a
local grocery store and thought it was great.

Combine honey, applesauce, eggs and milk; mix well. Combine flour, oats,
baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Stir into honey
mixture. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into three 5One half x 3 x 21/4inch
prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F 4045 minutes or until toothpick
inserted near center comes out clean.
