Ingredients:
Hominy Corn Bread recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cup Hominy
1 tablespoon Melted shortening
2 Eggs, well beaten
One half cup Cornmeal
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Milk
Combine hominy, shortening, eggs, and milk. Add cornmeal, salt, and
baking powder. Let stand 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon more of milk if
desirable. Pour into welloiled pan and bake in hot oven (425 F) 35 minutes
