Recipe - Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

2 cup Sugar
4 Eggs well beaten
1 One half pt Half and half
1 pt Whipping cream
4 tablespoon Vanilla

This one came out of "COOKING in WYOMING" Cookbook that my sister gave me
in 1965. I have made this many times but when I make it next time I will
use Egg Substitute.

Place all ingredients in freezer and add enough milk to fill freezer 3/4
full, mix well. Makes 1 gallon.

This is our really favorite one. We make this every Fourth of July (My
son's birthday) and for every get to gether we have in the summer. Posted
