Recipe - Homemade Tahini

Three fourths pound Sesame seeds
2 teaspoon Peanut oil
3 tablespoon Peanut oil
Salt; very little; optional
Place seeds on baking sheet and toast in 350 deg. oven for 20 mintues or
until lightly roasted. Process in mediumsized food processor for 3
minutes. Add 2 teaspoons peanut oil and process on high for 30 seconds. Add
3 tablespoons peanut oil and process until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add the optional salt, if desired.
