Recipe - Homemade Spanish Sausage (Chorizo)

A TASTE OF CUBA
1 pound Lean ground pork
One half cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
4 cl Garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Ground cumin
One fourth cup Cilantro; chopped
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Blend throughly, then
cover with plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Shape
the sausage mixture into patties and fry in a large skillet over medium
high heat until crispy brown on the outside and cooked through on inside,
about 5 minutes on each side. REmove with a slotted spoon and serve, use in
another recipe or freeze until needed.
