Recipe - Homemade Snack Cake Mix

8 Three fourths cup Unbleached flour
2 tablespoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Salt
5 One fourth cup Granulated sugar
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until
blended.
Divide mixture into 6 portions, about 2 1/3 cup each. Store in containers
with tight fitting lids. Label all containers with date and contents.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use with 1012 weeks.
Makes about 13 One half cup of Homemade Snack Cake Mix, or 6 packages.
