Recipe - Homemade Potato Soup

6 Potatoes; pared, cut in
bite size pieces
2 Leeks; washed, pared, cut
In
bite size pieces
2 Onions; chopped
1 Carrot; pared, cut or sliced up
1 Stalk celery; cut or sliced up
4 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
4 cup Water
1 One half teaspoon Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoon Butter
13 ounce Evaporated milk (1 can)
Chopped chives
Put all ingredients except milk and chives in crockpot. Cook on low 1012
hours or high 34. Stir in milk in last hour. Serve topped with chives.
