Recipe - Homemade Mustards

8 cup Unbleached flour or
Allpurpose
3 cup Sugar
3 tablespoon Baking powder
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and
nutmeg. Mix well. Put into a large airtight container. Seal and label
with date and ingredients. Storein a cool, dry place. Use within 68
months.
Makes about 11 cup of Homemade Muffin Mix.
