Recipe - Homemade Lemon Pie Filling Mix

2 One half cup Lemonade powder
Presweetened
1 cup Cornstarch PLUS
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 One fourth cup Sugar or more to taste
1 teaspoon Salt
In a medium bowl, combine lemonade powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Mix
well. Put in a 1qt airtight container. Label with date and contents.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 46 months.
Makes about 4 One fourth cup of Homemade Lemon Pie Filling.
