Recipe - Homemade Kiwi Wine

75 Ripe kiwi
2 pound Red grapes, frozen
12 ounce 100% grape concentrate
10 pound Sugar
2 pack Yeast

I just had my first taste (after the first racking) of my wine Its really
good.Heres the recipe

peel kiwi, mash with thawed grapes, put sugar into carboy, dissolve
completly, add mashed fruit, grape concentrate, water (appx 4 gallons) and
yeast. ferment as usual. this is just the first racking taste and I added 5
