Recipe - Homemade Ice Cream (Chocolate)

1 Box; (#1) Domino powdered
sugar
1 One half cup Granulated sugar
2 Eggs; (beat separate and
add)
1 tablespoon (heaping) flour
One half cup Cocoa
1 cn (12 oz.) Carnation
Evaporated Milk

Mix while adding: Fill milk can with cold water and add Last add 2 quarts
pasteurized and homogenized milk Mix well and put in 6 quart electric ice
cream freezer Use lots of ice and rock salt.
