1 cup Horseradish root; peel; cube
Three fourths cup Vinegar
2 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Creamy horseradish sauce
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Mayo
1/8 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Horseradish
HORSERADISHCombine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process
until pureed. Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container.
Cover and store in the fridge. Use as a condiment.
SAUCEIn a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add mayo and
salt; blend thoroughly. Fold in horseradish. Chill until ready to serve.
Use as a condiment with meats.
