Recipe - Homemade Farmers Cheese

1 One half cup Cream cheese ; (12 oz)
One fourth cup Butter
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Chopped basil
1 tablespoon Chopped chervil
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
Salt; to taste
Freshlyground white pepper;
to taste
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Spoon the cheese onto plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to
allow the flavors to marry. This recipe yields 1 Three fourths cups of cheese.
Comments: This is similar to Boursin brand of cheese available in stores.
