Recipe - Homemade Cream Cheese

3 cup Uncooked oatmeal
2 cup Unbleached flour (I just use
regular)
1 cup Wheat germ
3 Tblesp sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Oil
1 cup Water
Mix ingredients and roll out onto two cookie sheets. (I use a plastic
tumbler for this.) Sprinkle with additional salt, lightly roll again to
press salt in. Cut into squares or diamonds. (A pizza cutter works well,
with a little touchup from a knife at the edges.) Bake at 350 deg. After
20 minutes begin checking. The outer ones are usually ready first. Remove
crackers as they turn golden brown and hard. Optional: add a few
tablespoons of either poppy or sesame seeds.
