Recipe - Homemade Cookie Mix

8 cup Unbleached flour
2 One half cup Granulated sugar
2 cup Packed brown sugar
4 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Baking soda
3 cup Vegetable shortening

In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt and
baking soda until well blended. Cut in the vegetable shortening until the
mixture resembles cornmeal in texture. Put into a very large, airtight
container. Label with date and cont

Makes about 16 cup Homemade Cookie Mix.
