Recipe - Homemade Brownie Mix

Ingredients:
Homemade Brownie Mix recipe makes 1 Servings
6 cup Unbleached flour or
Allpurpose
4 teaspoon Baking powder
4 teaspoon Salt
8 cup Sugar
8 ounce Unsweetened cocoa powder
One small package
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk to
distribute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and
contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 1012 weeks.
Makes about 15 cup of Brownie Mix.
