Ingredients:
Homemade Breadmaker Mix recipe makes 1 Servings
13 cup Bread flour
2 tablespoon Salt
One half cup Sugar
One half cup Nonfat dry milk instant
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to distribute
evenly. Divide and package in quantities of 2 One fourth cup (for use in a 1 pound
breadmaker) or 3 1/3 cup (for use in larger capacity machines). Seal well
and label with date and contents.
Makes about 14 cup of Breadmaker Mix. Yield: Six 2 One fourth cup packages or four 3
1/3 cup packages.
