8 cup Salad greens, torn
2 cup Strawberries, cut or sliced up
3 Kiwifruit, coarsley chopped
1 Avocado, bitesize pieces
2 cup Fresh blueberries
POPPY SEED DRESSING
1/3 cup Olive oil
3 tablespoon Malt or cider vinegar
1 One half teaspoon Poppy seeds
1 teaspoon Granulated sugar, or honey
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado.
Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy
seeds, sugar and pepper.
Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss. Sprinkle blueberries over top
