Recipe - Home Made Potato Soup

6 Potatoes; peeled and cut
into bitesize pieces
2 Leeks; washed and cut up in
small pieces
2 Onions; chopped
1 Carrot; pared and cut or sliced up
1 Stalk celery; cut or sliced up
4 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
5 cup Water
1 tablespoon Salt
Pepper
1/3 cup Butter or margarine
1 cn (13ounce) evaporated milk
Chopped chives
Put all ingredients in cooker except evaporated milk and chives. Cover and
cook on low 1012 hours or high 34 hours. Stir in evaporated milk with
masher before serving. Serve topped with chopped chives.
