2 lg Garlic cloves
450 g Canned chickpeas; drained
3 tablespoon Tahini; (sesame seed paste)
1 tablespoon Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Some chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Mince garlic and all remaining ingredients in a food processor until almost
smooth then season to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil before sprinkling
with cumin and parsley.
