Recipe - Home-Style Meat Loaf

Three fourths cup Ketchup; divided
One half cup Quickcooking oats
One fourth cup Minced onion
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 lg Egg whites; lightly beaten
1 One half pound Ground round
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine One half cup ketchup oats, onion, parsley, brown sugar, salt, pepper and
egg whites in a large bowl.
Add meat; stir just until blended.
Shape meat mixture into an 8x4 inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with
cooking spray. Brush One fourth cup ketchup over meat loaf.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Per serving: 339 Calories; 20g Fat (53% calories from fat); 24g Protein;
15g Carbohydrate; 78mg Cholesterol; 565mg Sodium
