Recipe - Home-Style Creamed Corn Casserole

34 ounce Cream style corn
1 cup Minute rice
1 Egg; slightly beaten
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9"
square baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until liquid is
absorbed. Garnish as desired. Makes 6 servings.
Microwave Directions: Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour
into greased 9" square microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook
at high 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbs. Garnish as desired.
