1 tablespoon Granulated garlic
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
One half tablespoon Lemon peel
One half tablespoon Orange peel
One half tablespoon MSG (optional)
One half tablespoon Cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well. sprinkle on meat (ribs, shoulders,
pork chops, chicken, steaks, brisket, fish, etc.) and let set for at least
One half hour before cooking.
