Recipe - Holiday Pineapple-Cheese Ball

16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoon Chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoon Finely chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
One fourth cup Crushed pineapple, drained
2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 One half cup Chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese with a fork until smooth. Add other ingredients,
saving Three fourths cup pecans for later use. Form into a ball and refrigerate
until firm. Roll in reserved pecans until well covered. Serve at room
temperature with crackers.
