Recipe - Holiday Dip

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cup Artichoke hearts (16 oz);
drained, coarsely chopped
1 ds Garlic powder
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
1 cn Shrimp or crabmeat (small);
drained, optional
Combine and spread in greased baking dish. Bake 325F for 30 min or until
hot. Serve with round melba toast, crackers, or tortilla chips.
Tip: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan the last 510 min of baking. May
also be reheated in microwave. A very nice party appetizer.
