Recipe - Holiday Cheer

1 pound Ground pork sausage
6 sl White bread; crusts removed
2 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1 One half cup Milk
3 Eggs; lightly beaten
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Salt; pepper and nutmeg
Brown sausage, stirring to crumble and drain well on paper towels. Fit
bread into 11x7inch baking dish. Top with sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine milk, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Mix well and pour over bread
mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350
degrees for 50 minutes or until set. Yield: 6
